Manager — Symbol Layer
The manager represents a different kind of problem relative to most of the other Ur roles that tend to point to layers beyond those traditionally available to scientific exploration and conceptual classification. The manager is difficult to scope out because its performative shell is not its most salient characteristic, instead the manager is measured most fundamental by technical capability. This points to the capability envelope of the model more than behavioral characteristic and thus represents a different vector of intractability. While the performance of effective manager-like behaviors is likely well represented in the training data, the relationship between those characteristics and efficacy is highly complex and for this reason is beyond the scope of the Symbol Layer role primitive framework.
